Started in Southern California, servicing single devices, and growing to help run compliance programs for cities with over 4000 devices, Empire Backflow has the experience, knowledge, and ability to handle all your backflow testing, backflow repair, and cross connection prevention needs. And now that experience is available NATIONWIDE!
